The weather turns on a dime. One minute you’re sweating in the humidity, and the next you’re shivering because you forgot your coat. No one told you that a cold front was coming in so you turn the collar of your thin knit polo up as if that was going to make a difference!
The dampness in the air adds to your discomfort. Your shoes are not made for this type of weather. Your socks are too thin and now your feet are wet therefore, you are cold.
Can’t wait to get home and put the kettle on the stove for a nice hot cup of tea. All you can do is wait out the weather and in a few days everything will be back the way it was with the sun high in the sky. And, you will be complaining about the humidity again. So goes the cycle of Autumn.
